These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeResearch.ai (the "Service"), operated by TradeResearch, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TradeResearch.ai provides AI-generated market research, scenario analysis, options trade ideas, and earnings analysis. All content is educational and informational only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Not Personalized Advice

The Service provides the same content to all subscribers and is not personalized to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or holdings. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

3. AI Limitations

Outputs are generated by large language models (LLMs) and may contain errors, hallucinated data, outdated prices, incorrect strikes, or misinterpreted news. Always verify all data independently before trading.

4. Risk of Loss

Trading securities, especially options, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing logins is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime via the billing portal — access continues until end of current period.
• Refunds are at our sole discretion. We generally do not offer refunds for partial periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service.
• Do not use AI-generated content as the sole basis for advice given to others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of the Service are owned by TradeResearch, LLC. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERESEARCH, LLC AND ITS PRINCIPALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeResearch, LLC from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
